At AnyEraser, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure you're thrilled with your purchase, we offer free trials for all our products - so you can try before you buy. Additionally, we provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products, excluding monthly subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Guidelines
What is our refund policy?
Our products come with a 7-day Money Back Guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions:

You've subscribed to a monthly plan of 200 credits or more, or purchased a lifetime plan of 100 credits or more.

It is your first time purchasing the AnyEraser program.

The purchase was made within the last 7 days.

You have processed fewer than 10 credits in total.
Purchases outside of the 7-day Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. If you've purchased a subscription of 50 credits per month and are not satisfied with the result, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
We honor refund requests for the following reasons:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product, we’ll gladly provide a full refund for the duplicate purchase(s), provided the credits haven't been used.

Technical Issues: If there is a technical problem with the product that we cannot resolve within 30 days of becoming aware of the issue, we will issue a refund.

Reluctant Renewal: For monthly subscribers, auto-renewal fees can be refunded within 3 days of the auto-renewal.
The following reasons are NOT acceptable for a refund request:

General Statements: Statements that are not actual complaints, such as "It’s not what I thought," "It didn’t function as expected," or "I can’t use this." If you do not understand how the product works, please reach out to our Support Team at [email protected].

Change of Mind: Situations where you purchase the product, access it, but then decide you no longer want it, with comments like "I changed my mind," "I don’t want it now," or "It is not what I need."
How to Request a Refund
If your purchase meets the guidelines above, you can send your refund request to [email protected]. Our support team will reply within 24 hours. Please include your order number, email address, and any specific details or examples you have. Screenshots are welcome!
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Refunds are processed using the payment method originally used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 1-3 days but may take up to 7 days for certain payment methods.
