Recommendations for Better Cutout Results
AnyEraser is a cutting-edge background remover equipped with the latest image technology. It employs two AI modes specifically trained to identify and retain foreground elements such as people, products, logos, signatures, animals, and other objects. This allows AnyEraser to support background removal for nearly every kind of picture.
However, some users may find that the background removal effect does not meet their expectations. After analyzing these images (with the uploader’s consent), we have identified that with just a small effort, you can achieve the best cutout results.
Here are our recommendations to help you get the best cutout results:
Let’s get started!
General Recommendations
Contrast: Capture the image under good lighting conditions to clearly distinguish between the foreground and background.
One plain background: Opt for a single-color or blurry background, as these are easier to erase than detailed, sharp backgrounds.
Sharp foreground: Ensure the subject has a distinct edge and is sharply defined. Otherwise, AI might inadvertently remove parts of it.
Uncovered: Avoid any obstructions that cover the subject.
Alignment: Upload images with the correct orientation, aligning with gravity (e.g., ground at the bottom).
Person and Portrait
Optimal positioning: Place individuals closely together to prevent accidental removal.
Objects: Objects held or worn by the subject are usually supported, while large objects may pose challenges.
Product Photos and Other Items
Whole object: Capture the entire product without obstructions.
Object in focus: Place the product before a plain background (e.g., photo studio, wall, floor).
Avoid shadows and reflections: Shadows can be mistaken for part of the subject, so minimize them. Additionally, steer clear of reflections, especially in the background.
Logo and Stamp
Logo/stamp in focus: Include only logos or stamps in the image; exclude other content (e.g., signatures, company details).
Signature
Perfect plain background: Write the signature on a blank sheet of paper (not lined or grid paper).
Single backgrounds: Use a single background (the signature paper) and crop excess space if needed.
Avoid uploading contracts: Do not upload full-letter images or additional content.
