  Credits enable you to use the online AnyEraser background remover with full experience. Removing the background from 1 image consumes 1 credit.

• Are credits available across platforms?

  You can use AnyEraser credits via our online tools and our Windows/MacOS app.

• Should I get a subscription or a lifetime plan?

  For one-off or hard-to-predict needs, a Lifetime Plan is a great option. It is a one-time payment. And the credits you've purchased in the Lifetime Plan are valid perpetually.
  Subscription Plan is billed monthly. For larger or ongoing needs, you'll save on every photo that you process with a subscription.

• What is your refund policy?

  Our products come with a 7-day Money Back Guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions:
  ● You've subscribed to a monthly plan of 200 credits or more; or purchased a lifetime plan of 100 credits or more.
  ● It is your first time purchasing the AnyEraser program.
  ● The purchase was made within the last 7 days.
  ● You have processed a total of fewer than 10 credits.
  Purchases outside of the 7 Days Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. If you've purchased a subscription of 50 credits per month and are not satisfied with the result, you can cancel the subscription at any time.

• Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

  Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade the subscription anytime.
  Upon purchasing a new subscription, it becomes active immediately upon payment. However, it's important to note that the new subscription operates independently from any previous subscriptions you may have. They do not automatically merge or extend one another.
  For example, if you purchased a 50-credit plan on April 4 and a 100-credit plan on April 10, each subscription will expire separately. The 50-credit plan will expire on May 4, and the 100-credit plan will expire on May 10.
  To avoid being charged for multiple subscriptions in the following month, please ensure to cancel any previous subscriptions if you only require the most recent one. Failure to do so may result in unnecessary charges.
